By accessing or using LocalTag.in ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform as a User and at least 18 years old to register as a Vendor. By using LocalTag.in, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. User-Generated Content
- Reviews, comments, and ratings should reflect genuine personal experiences.
- Verified Customer badges are granted only after a successful QR check-in. Any attempt to misuse or manipulate the verification process may result in account restrictions or removal of the badge.
- We reserve the right to remove any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, unlawful, or otherwise violates these Terms.
4. Karma & Platform Integrity
Karma is an internal trust score used to maintain quality and authenticity on the platform. It has no monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Users engaging in spam, fraud, fake reviews, or misuse of the platform may face restrictions, reduced visibility, or account suspension depending on the severity of the violation.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all business information, including contact details, services, pricing, business hours, and descriptions, is accurate and kept up to date. LocalTag.in acts only as a directory platform and is not a party to any transaction or agreement between users and vendors.
6. Vendor Verification
Vendors may be required to complete a secure government-issued ID QR verification process to receive a verified trust badge. This verification helps confirm vendor identity and reduce fake listings.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to maintain accurate and reliable listings, LocalTag.in does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, or accuracy of any vendor, business, product, or service listed on the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LocalTag.in shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh, India.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of LocalTag.in after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
